Refund Policy of Nelani Services
At Nelani Services, customer satisfaction is of paramount importance to us. We are dedicated to providing high-quality audio services and products, and we recognize that occasionally, circumstances may arise that lead to the necessity of our refund policy. This document outlines our terms and conditions concerning refunds, ensuring transparency and clarity for all our clients. We encourage you to read it thoroughly.
General Terms and Conditions:
1. Finality of Delivered Services:
Once services have been rendered and delivered in accordance with our agreement, we regret to inform our clients that refunds will not be issued. We encourage diligent communication prior to service delivery to ensure that all expectations and requirements are clearly outlined.
2. Computer Errors:
In the unlikely event that a significant computer error occurs, which adversely impacts the delivery of any service, we are committed to rectifying the error. Clients will be offered an opportunity to reschedule the service at no additional cost, subject to a deduction for any time utilized. Should you prefer to pursue a refund in such cases, please be advised that processing may take up to 30 days, contingent upon the payment method and the policies of your financial institution.
3. Mixing, Mastering, and Beat Production Services:
Client satisfaction is critical to our operations. If you find that our mixing, mastering, or beat production services do not meet your expectations and we ascertain that your needs were not fulfilled to the best of our abilities, we may consider issuing a refund. This will be done at the discretion of the assigned engineer, who will assess the circumstances of your dissatisfaction.
4. Deposit Refunds:
A deposit of 85% paid for our services is refundable only if the cancellation request is received at least 24 hours prior to the first scheduled appointment. Cancellations should be communicated in writing via email to ensure proper processing.
5. Digital Products:
All sales of our digital products, including but not limited to sound packs, studio plug-ins, and other downloadable media, are considered final. Given the nature of digital goods, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges once a product has been downloaded.
Studio Services:
- We understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is warranted. For our studio services, including vocal recordings, mixing, and mastering, clients may request a refund under the following conditions:
- You may receive a full refund if a cancellation is made within 24 hours of booking. Cancellations must be communicated via email, and sufficient notice must be given.
- If a service is not delivered as promised due to significant errors on our part (Nelani Services), clients may request either a partial or total refund within 7 days of the service delivery.
Animation Services:
- For our animation creation services, clients may be eligible for a refund of up to 50% if the project is terminated prior to the final delivery of the completed work. Once the final delivery is made, all sales will be considered non-refundable.
Processing Fees:
- Please note that a processing fee of 15% may be applied to all approved refunds related to services rendered or deposits made.

- If you wish to initiate a refund request, please send a detailed email to support@nelaniservices.com, including your order details and the reasons for your request. We value your feedback and will strive to address your concerns as promptly as possible.
